What Our Privacy Policy Covers
This policy covers how we treat personal information that we collect and receive, including information related to previous visits to www.mandrelexhaustsystems.com, which are used to improve performance of this website. Personal information is information about you that is personally identifiable like your name, address, email address, and phone number, that is not otherwise publicly available. Personal information, might also include browsing patterns, number of visits and items viewed. All information that is collected by Mandrel Exhaust Systems is confidential. Shipping Rates
Shipping rates displayed on our website reflect UPS Ground Shipping for both USA and Canada. All orders and take approximately 4-7 business days to receive, after they are shipped from our facility. Shipping rates displayed on our website apply only to the 48 Continental United States. Alaska and Hawaii orders have different rates and require a phone call or email to establish rate. NOTE: PO Box Addresses will be delayed for USPS Service because this is not our normal shipping carrier.

Canada shipping rates are also available on our website. There is no need to contact us for Canada Shipping. The process is simple: You need to add the item to your shopping cart and proceed with the checkout. Just before you confirm your order, the shipping rate will be displayed. YES! We can ship International and to APO/FPO Box addresses, and will typically use USPS for this service, however; shipping rates vary and require e-mail or phone responses to establish rates. We are not responsible for International Duty/Fee's during shipping.

Return/Exchange Policy
Within 30 days of placing your order you may return/exchange any unwanted or wrong part(s) ordered, if new. No returns/exchanges will be accepted after 30 days. All parts must be in their original condition, and cannot be disassembled, modified or damaged by incorrect installation. All returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee. We are not responsible for installation errors. We are not responsible for any expenses, such as: labor expenses, towing expenses, or rental car expenses that occur as a result of installation of any wrong or defective parts. Shipping charges can not be refunded and return shipping is at the owners expense.

If a part is defective, it will be exchanged at no charge. Replacement parts will ship after we receive and process your exchange. Please allow 2-4 business days to process your return once it has been received. If you need a replacement item quickly, we suggest placing a new order then shipping the defective item back for a refund. Final approval for defective products is at our discretion and may be denied if we determine the part is not defective.In some cases, we may ask for photos of installation to help determine defective parts. If a part is returned as defective and found not defective, a restocking fee will be applied.

Exhaust System Warranty: Our tubing follows a 1 year warranty on Aluminized Steel and Lifetime Warranty on Stainless Steel. Flex Sections are warrantied for 1 year from purchase date. Mufflers and Converters follow manufacture warranty periods from purchase date.

Return Procedure
To return a product, call or send an e-mail with the following information: date, order number, name, phone/email address and the part number you wish to return along with a detailed explanation of why you need to return it. All RA numbers are e-mailed in 2-3 business days with a return shipping address and complete shipping instructions. No returns will be accepted without an RA number. All returns must be postage paid; return shipping charges are not refundable. All returns must be packaged properly; we are not responsible for damaged returns that occur as a result of improper packing. Once received, allow 2-4 business days to process your return.

Risk of Loss
All items purchased from Mandrel Exhaust Systems are made pursuant to our shipping terms, which are F.O.B. shipping point. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you at the shipping point which is when the carrier accepts the goods for transport. All items include insurance for the full value paid. Although accidents can happen, we have never had a customer lose money as a result of shipping damage or lost shipments.

All prices are subject to change without prior notice. We reserve the right to correct typographical and printing errors. We reserve the right to correct prices or calculation errors.

Environmental Disclaimer
Mandrel Exhaust Systems has designed some parts for dual purpose installation which can be installed on race cars (i.e. off-road) or street legal cars and does not support illegal use of our products which can violate Environmental Laws. Every item available for sale through Mandrel Exhaust Systems comes with all hardware required for 49 State legal driving (Excluding State - California). All of our products sold with “High Flow” catalytic converters are 49 State Legal for use on all roads. We list disclaimers next to all our products which can be used for dual-purpose installation and rely that the owner installs our product appropriately for their application. All Race Pipes/Off-Road Pipes are provided free of charge and not included in product prices.

Installation/Use Disclaimer
Mandrel Exhaust Systems assumes no legal responsibilities and/or liabilities, weather to your vehicle, engine/motor, person(s) and/or property(s) that result from the use of, or servicing of a motor vehicle of which our product has been installed, or is in the process of being installed and also applies to any other vehicle(s), person(s), property(s), regardless of weather or not our product has any involvement directly or indirectly. The installer and/or user attempting to install and/or use our product, assume all risks of injury, legal responsibilities and/or liabilities weather to person(s), property(s), yourself and/or others. This disclaimer is acknowledged by person(s), user(s), and/or driver whom install, drive and/or use our product. Weather or not product is purchased, given, and/or any other means of obtaining our product.
