This flex section is designed for the 2.5L Ford Contour or Mercury Cougar and can be used with stock equipment and/or most aftermarket exhaust products. It features a mesh flex section (as pictured) to allow engine movement and 3-bolt flanges on each end for direct bolt-on. The flanges are 3/8 inch thick. The pipe diameter is smooth mandrel bent, 2.5 inches.

This part is used between the cat-back exhaust and catalytic converter section. Because of the smooth mandrel bends and easy curves, our flexpipe will allow more air movement and boost horsepower for your car. This part is an excellent addition to an exhaust system.

This part is typically used to replace broken or worn flex sections. Average install time is 1 hour.
